Artist Statment

   I am committed to structural composition with visual integrity and strategic vision. The basis of my art works consists of figurative forms implemented into fictional space. I like combination of dominant parts which create the contrast. Rhythmic strokes are viewed in material, constructive and aesthetic sequence to provide an order and inner sense of harmony.

   Symmetry is present in one or another form in many of my art works, that shows integrity and absolute balance. Organic forms hint on micro- and macrocosms including geometry, architecture, metaphysics and astronomy. Embodied symbols function as a metaphor for ethereal and spiritual sense. Asymmetry, proportionality, emphasis act like auxiliary structural juxtapositions of visual integrity.

   In drawing I combine several textures in general construction where every layer has a certain story. Consequently, the result is a complex surface which allows a viewer to immerse in associativity. The process of layering imitates spatiality thus, I create the relation between external and internal, sensual and emotional, hidden and frank.
